On December 7, Governor Polis signed HB 20B-1004 which allows qualifying restaurants, bars and mobile food businesses to keep up to $2,030 per month per location (for up to five locations) of the state 2.9% general sales tax, for the four months November 2020 – February 2020. Does your city plan to operate a similar rebate program during these periods and if so, what are the particulars of your city’s rebate program?
