CGFOA Virtual Conference Program Set and Registration is OPEN!

The CGFOA Board is pleased to announce that registration for the 2020 Virtual Conference will open this week (sponsorship has already opened)!  The conference will run from Monday, November 9 through Thursday, November 19.   Veteran’s Day and Fridays will not include any programming.   There will be 3 – 4 sessions each day, offering up to 20 CPE credits. We will also host the CGFOA Annual Business meeting and a virtual happy hour!  We are offering our Gold Sponsors a 30-minute Zoom session during lunch time which they can use to interact with members and hold raffles if they choose to. Please consider registering for those in a show of support and thanks for our Gold Sponsors who are supporting CGFOA in 2020!

Business Meeting Attendance only: $0.00 (there will be a separate registration for this meeting outside of the conference for those who will only attend the Business Meeting)

Registration for the conference gives you access to any and all sessions! The registration fee allows you to attend as many or as few as you’d like. If you are not a current member of CGFOA, this is a great time to join to get the conference discount! Pre-registration for ALL sessions is required so that you get the links to attend the sessions. You will not be able to add sessions at the last minute, so please register for all sessions you wish to attend.

We understand that the process is different and requires more careful consideration than in the past.  Please take the time to review the program and choose your sessions ahead of time and reach out with questions.

If you are already a sponsor, you will need to register your attendees, including choosing the sessions each person plans to attend.  Sponsors should gather attendee and speaker information before registering, please.  As you gather your attendee information, remember:

  • You receive a specified number of free attendees with your sponsorship (Gold is 4, Silver is 3, Bronze is 1). The free registrations do not need to be CGFOA members.  You may want to register your non-members as the free attendees and use the member discount to register additional attendees.
  • Speakers receive a discount or may register for their session only at no cost. You may include your speaker as one of your free registrations if you prefer.
