Topgolf Social on May 2, 2025
CGFOA's Topgolf Social is on Friday, May 2nd from 12pm-4pm.
We will be located on the top floor of the Thornton Topgolf location (16011 Grant Street) for our event. Your $30 ticket to this exclusive event includes a buffet lunch, 3 hours of play, and a fun awards ceremony. We will be provided with a professional Topgolf coach who will provide instruction and bay assistance to ensure a fun and memorable experience for all. The afternoon will offer all participants the opportunity to network with our sponsors, play some fun bingo, and enter raffles for great prizes. Whether you’re an aspiring golf pro or picking up a club for the first time, Topgolf is fun for everyone. Invite your spouse, coworkers, and colleagues! The venue has covered, climate-controlled bays, so this event will go on rain or shine. You can bring your own clubs or use the clubs that Topgolf provides.

CGFOA at National GFOA Conference

CGFOA has rented out the exciting Museum of Illusions Washington, DC during the GFOA Annual Conference on Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 6-8:00 PM. There will be drinks, appetizers, and fun. Summer Mini Conference in Glenwood Springs

NEW this year... Join CGFOA earlier in the week in Glenwood Springs for a special in person offering of our Introduction to Government Accounting - Accelerated Immersion Course on July 22-23. Registration is separate.
There are limited sponsorships available. A $500 sponsorship will get your organization a ticket for 1 attendee, recognition throughout the Summer Mini-Conference in addition to signage with your logo, website recognition, and social media recognition. Your sponsorship will help with the production of the mini conference, including providing lunch and snacks.

Call for Topics: Coffee Chats & Lunch and Learns
CGFOA is interested in hosting additional Lunch & Learn style discussions. If you have ideas for a topic you would like to see addressed or you are a subject matter expert that is willing to lead a discussion, please fill out this form.
About these virtual sessions:
- 1 hour long, either over the lunch hour or in the morning 9-10am
- Relevant topics that are impacting our statewide CGFOA members or more narrow deep dives for specific professionals within government finance
- Not a CPE credit course, but more of a casual, informative session with time for discussion and networking
- Free for our members to attend

Save the Date: CGFOA Annual Fall Conference
Our very popular Annual Conference is scheduled for November 18-21, 2025 in Loveland, Colorado.
The CGFOA 2025 Annual Conference will provide you the opportunity to interact with over 500 finance professionals from all levels of state and local government as well as the private sector. The 2025 Annual Conference will be held at Embassy Suites Loveland Hotel & Conference Center in Loveland, CO from November 18-21, 2025. Join your peers for education, networking, and fun! There are a variety of education sessions to choose from, knowledgeable instructors and a lot to see and learn in the vendor exhibit hall. We always have a great time!
Sponsorships and attendee registration are all scheduled to open on June 2nd.
